Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, and organization where it applies.

Whatever you choose to tell us in a form, an assessment, or an email. In senior navigation that can include information about a loved one's daily care needs, mobility, memory, and finances. In coaching it can include personal circumstances. You decide how much of that to share, and every one of those sections is optional and clearly marked before you answer it.

To answer you, to prepare for the conversation you asked for, and to find options that actually fit your situation. That's it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

For senior living navigation specifically: to find the right options, we contact senior living communities on your behalf. We share only what a community needs to answer your questions, and we check with you before sharing anything about health, memory, or finances.

Our service providers — the companies that host this site, store our data, and send our email — see it only as part of providing that service.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

Our navigation services are provided at no cost to families. We may receive a referral fee from a senior living community if a placement occurs. This does not impact the recommendations we provide. We present multiple options based on your needs, not on which community pays the most.

24 months from your last contact with us, then we delete it. If you become a client, we keep engagement records for as long as the engagement is active plus 24 months.

Email bev@beverlybrowncoaching.com and ask. You don't need a reason. We'll confirm when it's done. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
