Is this you?

  • You're tired of thinking about the change instead of making it.
  • You keep having the same conversation with yourself, and nothing moves.
  • You want someone who will be honest with you, not just agreeable.
  • You're carrying something — a pattern, a relationship, a past chapter — that's keeping you stuck.
  • You want a plan you can actually follow, not just encouragement.

What actually happens in a session

01

Connect

We check in on your week — what you've been thinking since last time, and what small wins we can celebrate.

02

Bridge Your Gap

We use a simple formula to move from stuck to action: WHO you are + HOW you work = the ACTION you take.

03

Reflection & Next Steps

We close by naming what was most helpful today, and the one specific, manageable action you're taking into your week.

What to bring

Come as you are, with one thing in hand

Bring a topic or experience from the past week that felt “sticky” — something you’re meandering through and want to see more clearly. And something to write on, to capture what you want to remember.

Why Beverly

I'm not coaching from theory. I've gone through things that would make you drop your jaw, and I'm not interested in pretending otherwise — I serve from a point of vulnerability, because that's where honest change actually starts.

My approach is an accountability approach. I'll acknowledge where you are, but I won't leave you there. You have to own your stuff to move forward — and I'll be honest with you the whole way, in love.

Common questions about coaching

Is coaching the same as therapy?+

No. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed therapy or medical care. If you're navigating a specific mental health concern, Beverly's mental health coaching may be a fit alongside — not instead of — licensed care. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed provider or crisis line directly.

Do you work with individuals, couples, or groups?+

All three. Beverly's transformational coaching is built for individuals and works well for couples and groups too — churches and teams included.

Is faith part of the coaching?+

Beverly's faith is visible in how she works, and it's genuinely welcoming to everyone regardless of where you are spiritually. This isn't a faith requirement — it's who she is.

What happens in the first conversation?+

The consultation is a real conversation, not a sales pitch — you'll talk through what's going on and decide together whether coaching is the right fit right now.

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or licensed mental health treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed provider or crisis line directly.

“If we were sitting here one year from today celebrating your success, what would have happened for you to say, ‘This was the year everything changed’?”

What’s the first brave step toward that vision?

One conversation. That's how forward starts.
